The Sandia Mountains of New Mexico and the Rio Grande at sunset.
The late evening light can provide a spectacular setting for golden hour photography. (An hour or two before or after sunset and sunrise.) The best photography light is what I like to call the "magic minute" as the sun, low on the horizon, breaks through the stormy cloud cover and sets the landscape on fire with color. The brilliant, saturated colors last only a minute or two and then they are gone and being in the right place at that moment is as much of an art as photography itself.
Here you will find images of the southwest available as fine art prints Each thumbnail image links to a larger 600 pixel image where you will have the option to purchase a print. There are 3 different sizes of prints to choose from and range from 20” x 30” to 8” x 12” For more information about buying prints click here.
As well as shooting the southwest I also photograph, engagement sessions, weddings, real estate and business headshots. See more here.
Whether you are looking for a new print for your home or business or just browsing, I hope you enjoy the photos and your comments and feedback are always welcome!
